Terms of assistance

Punctual support

Our intervention can consist of specific missions on behalf of our customers, the nature and scope of which are defined in advance with them.

This type of mission can cover for example:

  • Assistance in the context of a pre-litigation or litigation procedure;

  • Support in the context of a redundancy plan/restructuring operation or an individual / collective conflict;

  • Assistance in the drafting of agreements necessary for a real estate project;

  • Assistance in the drafting and negotiation of a commercial contract (franchise contract, exclusive distribution contract, etc.).

Regular support

Our intervention can also consist in a continuous and regular support of our customers on the legal aspects and problems which they meet within the framework of their activities. This type of mission allows us, in a relatively short period of time, to fully understand the sector of activity in which the client evolves and the issues he faces, which allows us to provide him with answers and legal solutions tailored to his business needs.

Within the framework of this type of mission, we define together with the client the framework of the personalized legal support which can be extended over a period of six months or one year renewable.

The client can therefore contact us at any time to request, for example:

  • A legal consultation on a question relating to business law in the broadest way (labor law, real estate law, contract law, commercial law, corporate law, competition law, personal data law, financial law, etc.);

  • The review of a commercial contract or a lease;

  • Assistance in pre-litigation proceedings (formal notice, negotiation of an amicable agreement, drafting of legal documentation).
